Airport Sedan and Stretch Limo Rates

For all airport limo and sedan services to and from Santa Cruz, it is best to CALL IN ADVANCE to make a reservation.  Reservations are REQUIRED for all trips to the airport.  For airport limo pick-ups we can usually serve you without a reservation, but it is always better to make a reservation whenever possible.  Click here for San Francisco Airport limo pick-up instructions or click here for Oakland and San Jose Airport limo pick-up instructions.  We offer flat rates for limo service between Santa Cruz and all San Francisco Bay Area airports.  For a modern L Model Lincoln Town Car sedan (factory stretched for maximum legroom, seats up to 4), rates are as follows:

 

* For a 6-passenger stretch limo, $30.00 is added to the rate for sedan service.  For a 10-passenger stretch limo, $50.00 is added to the rate for sedan service.  See below for other extra costs.

10-Passenger Limo	$75-$95/hr	or	$4.00/mile (whichever is greater)

* All charters by sedan require a 2-hour minimum, and for stretch limos and all other limousines a 3-hour minimum is required.  Different pricing may apply for major holidays.  Travel time applies if first pick up is further than 35 miles from SFO.

* All above pricing is based on 3 hours minimum daily except on Friday or Saturday, when the minimum is 4 hours for limo service starting or ending after 5:00 p.m.  Travel Time, Tolls, Gratuity, Taxes, and Parking  are not included and will be added if applicable.  Limo rental prices are subject to change without prior notice, and are not in effect during the prom season, major holidays or New Year's Eve.  Travel time applies if first pick up is further  than 35 miles from SFO.

Policies

1. Privacy Policy

All information you give us is confidential.  We do not sell lists or allow other companies to solicit you.  WE WILL NEVER GIVE OUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPRESS CONSENT.

2. Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to limo reservations can be made within 2 hours (nationwide) online or by contacting San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco at 1-800-496-6532.  A full fare, including a 15 to 15% gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. A full fare, including a 15 to 15% gratuity, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you could not locate the chauffeur call San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco at 1-800-496-6532.  To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco.  San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature or circumstances beyond our control.  San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of all other arrangements (e.g. Weddings, Proms, Wine Tours, Point to Point Reservations) to avoid charges.

3. Limitations of Liability

San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco is not responsible for:

 

1. Loss or damage to luggage worth more than $250, including contents.

2. Carry-on items that may be damaged in transit.

3. Cash, jewelry and computers.

In no event shall San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco or any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action) arising out of (i) use of the service by any person, including but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information and content accessed over the service, (ii) any use or inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessed through the service, or (iii) any goods or services discussed,  purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the Federal Arbitration Act, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in San Mateo County, California.

 

You and San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco agree that any and all disputes and claims relating in any way to this Agreement (including the arbitration of any claim or dispute and the enforceability of this paragraph), with the exception set forth in the next paragraph, shall be submitted to and resolved by means of confidential arbitration conducted in the State of California, San Mateo County. If you and San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco cannot agree on arbitrators, the Presiding Judge of the San Mateo County Superior Court shall appoint them. The arbitration shall be conducted under the then prevailing Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco may litigate in court only to compel arbitration under this Agreement or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby excluded, will not govern this Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other current or former user of the Service, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

However, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco intellectual property rights, San Francisco Limo & Sedan Service of San Francisco may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
